We at Road2tinselville pay our tribute to actor Nirmal Pandey. We all pray for the peace of his soul, who left us withered in our hearts. It was a moment of shock to know about his death on 18 Feb. 2010.
Years of friendship, truth and talent will always be remembered with the legendary heart, Nirmal Pandey. The talent and fame had never overshadowed his down to earth nature. He was always present with his help and support for his closed ones. His passing by is a moment of grief and a tough predicament by the destiny.
It takes years to grow into such a great talent and personality but just a moment to wrap up the life, leaving their beloved ones in endless grief and irreplaceable loss.

INTERVIEW WITH SINGER VIVEK PANDEY
• Why have you chosen the field of singing for yourself?
• I have seen my father singing since childhood and started learning classical from him. But he was not a professional singer. He plays flute beautifully and I am really proud to be his son.
• What are various courses that you have done?
• I have done MA classical from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidhyapeeth in Varanasi.
• How you got the opportunity to sing for this album? Which song have you sung?
• I started working with stage shows and then worked for DD and ETV Channel.
I did my first album with Road2tinselville “Maiya Ka Saneswa” and currently I have performed in UP Mahotsav with gazal and bhajans.
• Who is your favourite singer?
• I love listening gazal and bhajans personally so my favourite singers are Hariharan and Anup Jalota.
• What are your experience about bhojpuri songs and albums?
• This was the first time I sang in Bhojpuri language. I like traditioanal songs in Bhojpuri and not the current filmi style ones.
• Which are those albums you have sung for?
• I have sung in Maal Baa Dehati, Chal Dela Kanwar Utha key and Maiya Ka Saneswa
• What are your future plans about making your way to Mumbai for singing?
• I have no plans to go their in search of work but instead if I get an opportunity I would like to go then.
• What would you like to say for the young talents willing to enter this field?
• Well there is tough competition and lack of platform and opportunities so I think an another option should be there for your livelihood also and a financial support should be there.

INTERVIEW WITH SINGER SHASHI M MISHRA
Shashi M Mishra a gifted singer from Road2tinselville is an example for new generation.
She realized the dream of singing with time but had won overall accolades when she got the opportunity to sing. She gave her voice for the albums from road2tinselville. This provides road2tinselville a matter of proud for giving new talents a successful platform.
• Which are those albums you have sung for?
• I have sung in two albums from road2tinselville. The 1st song was “Rathiya par hoke sawaar” from album Maiya Ki Chunari . And others are song “Dhuni Rama ke” & Nandi pe hoke sawaar from album Chal dela Kanwar utha ke.
• How was the experience about your singing after the release of your albums?
• It was Mata Rani’s blessings that my song were appreciated very much. And it was a big hit among masses. I got the offer to come to Mumbai for singing but it was not feasible for me at time due to some reasons.
• Why have you chosen the field of singing for yourself?
I don’t have any singing background in my family. But I was passionate about singing and dancing since childhood. My friends used to appreciate my singing always. Earlier I could not recognize anything about singing in me and neither there was any guidance or encouragement for singing in my family. I would say it was just a God’s gift that I continued my passion for music and singing.
• What are various courses that you have done?
Currently I am pursuing Visharaad part 1 from Bhatkhandey Sangeet Vidhyalaya Lucknow and personally I am learning vocal from Dr Anjali Narayan.
• How is the experience about singing bhojpuri songs?
• I was very nervous during my 1st album but thanks to Mata Rani. I got immense support from the productions here. And I can say it was the best experience of my life and it will not come ever again.
• How is the experience with road2tinselville?
• It was a beautiful experience being with road2tinselville and I really feel proud to be with a banner like this. They truly care about the quality work as well as to understand the true potential of the singers. I could say this easily, as best of the popular singers like Santosh Rai and Vivek Pandey are enjoying every bit of their success till now and beautifully growing in their career.
• What are your future plans for singing?
• I am very serious about it as I want to live and learn music life long. Music is my life and I can’t live without it.
• Who is your favorite singer?
• Lataji, Asha Ji and from new generation singers Shreya Ghoshal and Sunidhi Chauhan .
• What would you like to say for the young talents willing to enter singing field?
• I would like to say that dedication, honesty, hard works are very important. Success and achievements might be delayed but will surely be part of your life if you are true to yourself.
